Currently, fuel capacity is a constant defined in the config entry for each vehicle.

I would like to see the possibility to change this either scripting.

Background/Reasoning: Some vehicles like planes could benefit from external fuel tanks, given the massive size of Altis. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to change a vehicle's fuel capacity, and thus any external fuel tank would be purely cosmetic.
