A very trivial and petty request, but I like to set bankRev as my file association for PBO files and the default "missing icon" icon in windows isn't very nice to see in explorer.

The A3 tools icon (or the BIS icon might look nicer) could simply be given to every executable, I see no need for individual icons to be made.
