The civilian vehicles such as Pickups tend to be fragile even when hitting some of the objects (Wired Fences etc.) at a slow/moderate speed that are enough to damage the engine. Even if you hit the front of the vehicle into an object at slow/moderate speeds, I don't get how it damages the wheel.
