This is not so much an Error but perhaps more of an oversight that affects immersion.
In real life the military are trained that they should only point their weapon at something or someone if they intend on pulling the trigger:
In Arma 3 however by default everybody is always aiming their weapons directly ahead which can be unsettling when your teammate is looking at you to see what you are doing or to talk to you, and all you see is the barrel of their gun pointed at your head.
I would suggest using a system similar to Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (Or BF2 Project Reality) Any weapon in Bad Company 2 from a players point of view is always raised, however from the point of view of any other player, their weapon appears to be lowered until the player either fires their weapon from the hip, or aims down their sights.
