introduce "setAmmoTurret" similar to setAmmo but for vehicle weapons

Description

Currently setAmmo works only on the main weapon of a vehicle. In a tank for example it is impossible to set ammo on commander's MG using setAmmo.

Also please provide the getter command too

Get in slammer UP and use

vehicle player setAmmo ["LMG_M200", 50];

no effect

vehicle player setAmmo ["cannon_105mm", 5];

success
