If group owns a vehicle, "Get in" waypoint ignores "Load" waypoint synchronization

Description

If a group owns a vehicle, they can no longer be given waypoints to get into another vehicle by synchronizing a "Get in" with a "Load" waypoint of another group.

See the attached mission. Simply preview it. The only difference between the two groups is that one will first get into a car, then out, causing them to own it. They now won't get into the helicopter like the other group.

I first thought it was an AI bug, but it seems to be a bug with the "Get in" waypoint. If a group owns a vehicle, it will not snap onto the helicopter, but just behave like it was placed spatially without synchronization. {F24897}

Steps To Reproduce

Works if they don't own a vehicle.

  1. Place a group of 3 or so units (AI leader).
  2. Place a manned helicopter 50-100m away (in its own separate group).
  3. Give the helicopter a "Load" waypoint right next to it.
  4. Give the group a "Get In" waypoint near the helicopter (Not on it).
  5. Synch (F5) the "Load" and "Get In" waypoints.
  6. Preview. Notice how the group runs to the helicopter, then proceeds to board it.

Now try again, but this time, have them be in another vehicle before trying to board the helicopter.

  1. Place a group of 3 or so units (AI leader).
  2. Place a manned helicopter 50-100m away (in its own separate group).
  3. Give the helicopter a "Load" waypoint right next to it.
  4. Place any vehicle near the group.
  5. Give the group a waypoint to enter that vehicle.
  6. Give them a "Get out" waypoint.
  7. Give the group a "Get In" waypoint near the helicopter (Not on it).
  8. Synch (F5) the "Load" and "Get In" waypoints.
  9. Preview. Notice how the group runs to the helicopter, but this time goes back and boards the vehicle they were first in.

Still present. This is a MAJOR issue, that breaks any mission that has transporting.

Furthermore, this has prevented me from starting work on my tutorial series for a few years, and still is.
