But Steam Bug can update for 1.30

Now Proplem is Open Arma3 Sync Game is 1.28
But Open Game is 1.32 Why ?!?!
My team is open Arma3 Sync for mod to game
but i open Arma3 Sync is 1.28
I has Update game for 1.32
one time open Arma3 Sync for 1.32
but two time open Arma3 Sync for 1.28.......
what bug
