I open up arma 3 while it loads or on the main menu the monitor goes black and says no signal I have tried a different monitor but it is not the monitor can anyone help? {F24846}

computer ACPI x64 based Pc Microsoft windows ver 6.3.96000.16384 AMD Radeon R9 270 Driver version 14.201.1001.0. Monitor AOC D2369 AOC International (Europ)Gmbh on AMD Radeon r9 270.
Have taken PC and monitor back to shop and they say its fine but Problem persists no online game will play. Monitor sais no signal and we have to reboot PC to clear.

Hi I an not sue how to find the DxDiag file. The pc is an HP Envy 700-230EA with a Radion r9 270 graphics card in. I was told in the shop this was an all singing all dancing machine that my son could play. Oh right how wrong that is. When he loads arma on the Pc or any stream game, the first screen loads, screen then comes up then the monitor goes blank and displays no signal and we have to reboot that's as far as it gets. I have taken this back to the shop and they say the Pc is fine.. I am a bit puzzled with the GPU bit do we need another graphics card is that what is is? any help would be helpful thanks

everyone talks gpu fault. My other HP windows PC plays all the games ok this has not had any extra graphics or GPU. The new windows 8 x64 will not play any online games?
