When unit barefooted it should walk silent

Description

Removing uniform leaves unit barefooted and it is a little bit odd that unit makes the same noise as if it wore shoes. The barefooted unit should be silent if it walks.

This will also make it possible to sneak on someone at the expense of leaving uniform behind :)
