Because flat tires on the battlefield are bad, mmmmm-kay (Mr. Mackey voice from South Park).

Google the term: "Polaris 850 WV". The ATV was designed for Spec Ops, but it's also sold to civilians. It would be a visual model change and no more ATV flat tires!
