Today(v1.28) Arma3 trying to create a simulator, however, many elementary details remain without attention developers!
Dear developers the following nonsenses should be fixed:

Nonsense № 1: MAXiMUM SPEED OF MOVEMENT iN THE SQUATS BODY POSITION EQUAL MAXiMUM MOVEMENT SPEED OF FULLY STANDING MAN.(difference of only 1 km/H.)

Any of us know, that the full running speed of fully standing man faster in the many times than any movement in the any squat positions,
but in Arma3 these two speeds practicaly are the same!
We have maximal movement speed (with rifle in the hands) of fully standing soldier = 18 km/h and maximal speed (with rifle in the hands) in the squats position = 17 km/h.

And why men are not able to quickly flee?
Why the soldier in the Arma3 with weapon on the hands has a maximum speed only 18 km\h, if athletes in real life, can approach to speed of about 35-40 km\h!
I do not propose to use the full speed of the proffessional athletes, but maximal speed of sprint -18 km/h, especially under enemy fire, it is very small and also is not realistic!
Soldier wants to survive!
In the Arma3 should be a real short and fast sprint, because the soldier would be want survive in the extreme situation!
It will allow to move faster from shelter, to following shelters (for example stones on the ground)

Dev Team! You need to add more the maximum speed for a sprint with weapon on the hands in the fully standing position! (off course, only at full forces of soldier)
If you create a simulator, make the contrast of these two speeds and then the player will feel that uses the maximum running speed!

Nonsense № 2: THE SPRINT WITH PISTOL IN THE HAND SLOWS DOWN THE MAXIMAL SPEED OF SOLDIER BY 6 km/h!

The speed with pistol in the hands = 19 km/h, but if you throw the this pistol on the ground, then the run speed is increased to 25 km/h!
The pistol can slow soldier, only in one case! If this pistol located in the ass of soldier!
We do not have this case, so what the hell speed slows down!?

Nonsense № 3: THE SPRINT WITH RIFLE IN THE HANDS SLOWS DOWN THE MAXIMAL SPEED OF SOLDIER BY 7 km/h!

Why soldiers should slow down with weapons in their hands?
The primary weapon slows its maximum speed of sprint, while the grenade launcher or a heavy backpack on the back is not slow its sprint!
The primary weapon (only not heavy weapon!) not should slow down the maximum sprint of soldier.

Nonsense № 4: CARRIED WEIGHT NEVER NOT HAVE INFLUENCE ON THE MAXIMAL SPEED OF SOLDIER!

With heavy weight, but without weapon in the hands, the soldier always ran 25 km/h.

This video shows what ammunition is never affected by the running speed of the soldier. Where weight of this heavy ammunition?
All weight, what we see in the example, must weigh 4-5 rifles simultaneously, however, this weight does not have influence o the soldier sprint!

Think about, why in the Arma3 the naked soldier and soldier with heavy ammunition behind has always all the same speed = 25 km/h!?

They used to run 24 km/h. Then people complained they ran too fast, so they made them run in slow motion.

Can't have both.

Voting against. You have only two reasons.

  1. Either you do not want to have a realistic simulation.
  2. Either you are not using the brain.

Both sad for our beautiful game(
