Steps To Reproduce
- Order him to move to the stairs(he move outside of the building)
- Wait until he arrive at the position(watch the team member hud)
- Order him to move inside a building.
- Repeat until he stuck in the wall and can not find the way.
Sometime it isn't able to reproduce for the first time and require 2-3. Be patient.

I loaded the savegame, but the AI not in the stuck position. I think the loading skip the issue or something.

Thanks, based on the vid I was able to reproduce it somewhat by altering two "move to a position" orders and confuse the AI to the point it stopped moving.
