I've got that strange error popping up randomly since 1.28.

Haven't had any issues before and the only mod I was using was CBA.

Edit: During my last tests and multiplayer sessions I noticed that the respawn module isn't working at all, however, I'm not sure if that issue is related to the error message above, if not, then please also look into that. {F24709}
