Steps To Reproduce
Create a non-dedicated server from the multiplayer menu
Switch to internet mode and change 2302 to 2304
Start the server and alt-tab to the steam server browser(It can be found under View -> Servers)
Find your server and in the details it should show the ip:port as IP:2316
Additional Information
Tested in stable and dev(1.27.126890), both reported to steam with port 2316
