I apologize for posting here since it is a bug tracker and not a support platform. However, I don't have permission to create posts in "http://forums.bistudio.com/forumdisplay.php?161-ARMA-3-TROUBLESHOOTING" for unknown reasons.
Embedded is dxdiag as well as crashdump files compiled in a zip.

Already done that, as well as:
Update ethernet drivers, shut down firewall & antivirus, shut down network identification, none of which have resolved the problem.
I'm fairly confident that this is the same problem the other ticket had, and since he had tried alot of things, I believe none of them fix this.
