the default keys for making an order using the crosshair or cursor is "spacebar"
now the keys to enable/disable high command is ctrl + spacebar.
to give units multiple waypoint you would normally hold ctrl and place more waypoints?
nope all that happens is that high command closes because im theoretically pressing ctrl and spacebar
load editor doesn't matter which map
place unit player
place 2 or 3 groups of fire teams
place high commander module and do the necessary syncs.
make sure you are using the default arma keys!

the only way around it at this time is to press the "enter" button on the keyboard not the numpad. imo that is hard to grasp (hold ctrl and press enter?) and should either be space bar or mouse click!
