When logging into multi-player, I am able to play for somewhere between 5-20 minutes before seeing "No message received in 10 seconds"

I have 433 hours logged in the game and never had this problem until Saturday 9th of August.

After the disconnect, I either hit escape and abort out, or wait till it kicks me on its own, either way it sends me to the lobby, where I can still move my mouse, and click player slots, but my name does not move. Nor can I go back to the server browser. At this point the game totally freezes and must be closed via task manager.

While the game appears to close, it still remains in task manager as a process. Also I cannot start the game up again because steam says its already running.

I must restart my entire computer in order to remove it and continue trying to play.
