Steps To Reproduce

step 1 : Engine on Helicopter.
step 2 : Pull up Collective lever.
step 3 : Engine off Helicopter and, wait for stop Propeller.
step 4 : Engine on.
step 5 : Enjoy :)

Unable to reproduce 1.33.127551 DEV. Have not tried previous versions.
