Workshop scenario returns not enough disk space error

Description

Having subscribed to a scenario, I launch Arma and attempt to load the scenario as usual. I then get an error message saying "Operation canceled - not enough disk space"
Note that this does not happen with all scenarios. The below work without problems:

This is similar to 0017609 but My Documents is NOT mapped to a network drive.
I only one HDD in my PC and it has over 1TB free.
