I played all last night and this morning and since the update I have had no sound with any modded weapon. I have taken my mods off one by one to no effect. The primary arma 3 firearms still have sounds but nothing from RH weapons to CAF weapons nothing has sounds. As of two hours ago they did. I get four messages as in the screen shot at the start of the game. One for the NVG one for something called fake sounds one for throwing grenades and one for binocular sounds. I can only post one screen shot but I have these four messages every time I start the game and I have no custom weapons with sounds as the sounds do not work since the update this morning. {F24300}
