Minefield Site module doesn't set azimuth on dedicated servers

Description

Setting the azimuth on the module only works on non-dedicated servers {F24165}

Steps To Reproduce

Place down a minefield site module
Select a infantry/soft vehicle mine
Marked on map for everyone
Set azimuth to something other than 0

Additional Information

The screenshot contains the settings and results I got hosting the mission on non dedicated and dedicated
