*Wreck related* BUG PACK [VIDEO/PICTURE]

Description

Thought I group it all in one ticket since it is all related to wrecks. Tests done on local dedicated server.

  1. Burning or afterburnt wrecks of hatchback show in original colour at distance (see attached pic)
  1. When smoke effect is finished on wrecks (uav and also demolished building structure) dropping to the lobby and back restarts the particle effect. I can do this all day long and upon joining server all wrecks start smoking again. So something is seriously screwed up here JIP wise.

  1. Wreck removal routine doesnt work AT ALL! I've tried

wreckLimit = 1;
wreckRemovalMaxTime = 30;
wreckRemovalMinTime = 30;

and even

wreckMaxTime = 20;
wreckMinTime = 20;

in description.ext and created about 20 wrecks to be sure. Absolutely nothing happens the wrecks do not get removed not after 20 seconds not after 30 seconds not ever. {F24119}

So I've made about 20-25 UAV wrecks and logged out, logged back it and FPS went to 15 from 50. A) the wrecks do not get removed, B) each of them starts smoking at once on log in. This is a disaster.

On a somewhat related note, it'd be interesting to have a similar test for the dead body cleanup settings. I tried using them to reduce the time bodies stay around and they just seemed to stay regardless.

This ticket is almost resolved. The only issue left is that UAV wrecks start smoking again for JIP after the initial smoke ended.
