Ground flickers white in patches defined by a large square area. The flickering seems to be only within the one square that I'm in. Attached is the flickering from the main menu. It also appears in game as I play but much closer and bright since I'm on the ground.

I have swapped in a different video card with the same results to ensure that my graphics card was not the issue. Exact same issue with different card.
