When Binarizing the progression bar that normally displays the various stages of Binarizing /Copying files / Packing now remains at Ready regardless of stage of Binarizing

Pack an addon and watch the UI and nothing will change from Ready

Additional Information

Solved when adding new Logger .xml and rebooting tools the progression bar now shows correctly
