There is no screen/ground shaking effect when I place a moving m2a4 or varsuk tank nearby.

Steps To Reproduce

-open editor
-place an infantry unit as Player on a road
-place an HEMTT truck, add a waypoint so it passes by you
-place a M2A4, add a waypoint so it passes by you after the HEMTT
-preview the mission, notice how the HEMTT shakes the ground and M2A4 doesn't.
