Placed buildings which are destroyed flicker in edit menu

Description

Upon placing a town building as Zeus, destroying said building using the end key can cause the building to act as if it were a dead unit, creating a small gray bubble where the yellow once was on the HUD and by going into the civilian category under edit.

The problem is that the building unit will disappear and reappear in the civilian category like a flicker, which will push every unit down the list and back up, becoming very irritating to the eyes and difficult to select a unit from the edit list.

It appears to happen only when the parameters for Game Moderator's rights is set to all.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start Multiplayer LAN Zeus lobby
  2. Set Parameters for Game Moderator's rights to 'can create all objects'
  3. Chose Game Master slot
  4. Start Game
  5. Place any building under Structures (TOWN) --- I used the abandoned building, but I've seen it happen to other buildings like the cargo barracks.
  6. Press end to destroy the building
  7. Observe edit menu
Additional Information

It appears to happen only when the parameters for Game Moderator's rights is set to all.

If you're quick enough, you can select it and drag around the destroyed foundation of the building, but you can not delete it.
