SaveGame after Objective Assigned causes Glitch

Description

The saveGame command, when used in a script after assigning an objective, appears to cause a glitch where when the next objective is created or assigned etc. the previous objective, assigned before the saveGame, pops up. As well, this re-adds supports and radio communications, if they're added in a script after a saveGame.

This only happens when the player loads the autosave. A clean run through without resorting to a save does not cause this.

Steps To Reproduce

Call an .sqf where an objective is assigned, and a support added. Then finish the script with a saveGame. Create a second .sqf where another objective is created. Play through game and launch the first .sqf. Load the autosave. Then call the second .sqf file with the next objective. Notice the first objective and the support will appear.

Of course, the work around is to set tasks after the savegame.
