I'm not quite sure if this is a general pathfinding issue on both maps everywhere, but I was making a mission where I had an AI drive the player up a mountain road (clearly visible on the map, dirt path) and it made a straight beeline for the next move point, running over hills, rocks, even trees and not even remotely staying on the road. Other times, as soon as it starts its route at the airbase, it will just flat out smash head-first into a wall (either by banking sharp to the right or left) and repeat it until the truck breaks. This is an extremely aggravating issue, especially to a level developer who has been working on this level for over a week, just to be stopped by a dumba*s truck driver.

Mountain Road issue
- Order an AI to drive a truck (has to be a truck) down the long mountain road south of Agia Marina
- Watch as he refuses to go on the road and crashes into everything in sight
Airfield issue
- In the Military Housing sector of the airfield, at the south end of the road, order an AI to drive a truck (has to be a truck)
- He has about a 50% chance of either banking left or right and smashing the truck head-first into a wall or building
It would be nice if this could be fixed sooner rather than later.

I figured out the issue, and I don't think it's just north stratis that has this problem but it's still kind of wacky. If an AI is driving to a waypoint that is NOT on a road, it will make a beeline to that waypoint from its last waypoint. This can be fixed by placing a waypoint on the road where you wish for the vehicle to divert off the road. However, I have been in AI vehicles where they automatically calculate this themselves, no extra waypoint required. This still may need patching but it is certainly less urgent now.

For some reason, the AI bug of the truck crashing into a wall has returned. I believe this happens as a result of the AI having to start too many times in a short period of time (editing missions and re-starting every time I need to fix a bug) and it may be fixed with a restart of Arma, I don't know for sure. Regardless, the crash-into-walls-as-soon-as-it-starts-driving-in-an-area-with-buildings/walls-in-it glitch needs to be fixed.
Some of the issues are mentioned in repro missions in http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=18324. The issues should be improved a bit in the next Dev Branch update. Otherwise, please, give us feedback about any specific spots, where the AI reliably crashes in http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=18324
Thanks for the feedback!
