gusts starts with 0.7 value and trying to change it with setGusts takes way way too long or it doesn't change at all.

duration set with setgusts doesnt seem to make any difference.

If I set 180 setgusts 0; in 3 minutes gusts might show 0.699 instead of 0.7

forcing it with forceweather change leads to unpredictable gusts value.
