Having played the Bingo Fuel mission three times I have noticed when you have the chance to call in team Kappa to aid with stealing the fuel truck, they do hardly nothing and it takes them forever to get in the AO, although they are relative close to it.

Every time I played the mission, I already have cleared the whole area of enemies when they arrive... and I'm not doing this very shiftly to beging with, so it's really them being slow.
