Dev version also fails to work.
Tried deleting the arma3.cfg, again no joy.
Sigh looks like it back to arma 2 till this gets resolved.

How find correct crashdump file:
Play until you will have this crash
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name)

I should also add that uninstalling then reinstalling hasn't solved the issue.

Also note that for launch options I've removed those as well. I used to have this tweaked for better performance.

I see from your rpt file, that game crashes before main menu. Could you please try start game with parameter -nobenchmark and then upload .rpt? Thank you.

Um so status is "need more info", what more do you need?
As to the post above this one, when I said "operation complete" I should have used " ok did as you ask with that parameter still game doesn't run."
