New Dawn and Resurgent West are broken for me (possibly others as well):

1. When launching New Dawn an error message comes up and it skips right to the briefing (cant explore the base)

2. At the beginning of Resurgent West the same error appears and the mission begins at 09:00 hours instead of night.
