First off I love the Zeus mode however I have noticed a couple of annoying things such as being unable to re-size the create/edit bars and the black effect around the edges of the screen when controlling a unit as Zeus. Also when you go back to Zeus view it should put you over the unit you were just controlling instead of back at the Zeus spawn point.
