Allow zeus to issue the full waypoint Type and combat mode list available in the 2D editor

While creating a mission in the 2D editor , I can issue waypoints with "Guard" , "Load" , "Unload" Types

and the combat modes "Hold Fire" , "Open fire ,Engage at will"

I would want to request an option to do the same in zues

My Idea was to implement a long press or a key combo that will open a drop down list on screen , the user will choose a Type of waypoint and then the waypoint will be placed

this will allow zeus a broader control of the scenario

With regards to combat modes
currently it seems the default is always "Open fire , engage at will"

which causes the AI to loose formation a lot of the time
