Slo-mo when get up with handgun

Description

If you equip pistol and try to get up from prone the player does it in slo-mo. It doesn't happen if you have rifle. This has been present for at least 2 builds.

Confirmed in 1.11.115723.

<b>AmovPpneMstpSrasWpstDnon_AmovPercMstpSrasWpstDnon</b> is too slow. Same with <b>AmovPpneMstpSrasWpstDnon_AmovPknlMstpSrasWpstDnon</b> (pistol prone -> pistol kneel).

I'd propose making them twice as fast.
