There should be a module to add civilian zones, so civilians can be randomly spawned throughout a location, instead of having to place then manually.Similar to the ambient civilians, and ambient civilian vehicles modules.

Yeah, why did they take that out of the game? It was very cool! I miss it a lot. #UPVOTE

ArmA2 had the ALICE module, spawning civilians in/near towns as long as a player is near.
These civilians would even start conversations with each other and walk around/use unlocked cars.
This module should really be in the game since it adds a ton of immersion and would improve performance.
