Description

If you leave car with engine running on dedicated server and log out then log back in, the car will appear to be silent, but quick engine check reveals it is ON

Steps To Reproduce

start persistent dedicated server.

create car on client:

createVehicle ["C_Offroad_01_F", position player, [], 0, "NONE"];

get in, start the engine and "Eject" so that the engine is still running.

Log out/log in. The car is silent.
Point at the car and execute:

hint str (isEngineOn cursorTarget)

the hint shows "true"

retested, seems fixed, no idea when
