The rear gunner of the speadboat faces forward, aiming his gun at the crew. This look very strange and might hamper the spotting ability of the boat crew. The gun crew should look in different directions. For the rear gunner, facing backward would be sufficient.

Place a Speedboat Minigun on the map and observe the rear gunner.
Additional Information
This problem is related to problems with secondary armaments of other vehicles. It reminds me of the secondary gun of the NATO mobile howitzer piece, which aims in the same direction as the main weapon, sometimes straight up.
I would like a more independent behavior of secondary armament. Just facing another direction would be fine, as the current behavior looks very strange and might decrease spotting capability for the vehicle as a whole.
