When starting Survive campaign, a blank screen appears and I must press esc and hit "skip" to begin campaign. Then I hear music and a helicopter, I see conversation text but rest of screen remains black. I can reproduce this every time I try campaign. I am able to abort and get back to main menu. Game works in all other modes as it should except campaign.
