Wrecks of vehicles do not appear correctly in multiplayer

Description

In multiplayer, when destroying a vehicle the model stays the same and just gets different textures. When bumping into it with another vehicle, the vehicle model is hidden and the proper wreck model appears.

In singleplayer, the wreck model works as intended.

This can easily be seen using the T100, as the wreck model has a missing turret, while the model you see in MP is just the normal model with the wreck texture.

Steps To Reproduce

Singleplayer

  1. Place a vehicle (here: T100) in the editor.
  2. Destroy it. => wreck is hull only, turret is missing (proper wreck model)

Multiplayer

  1. Place a vehicle (here: T100) in a mission on a server.
  2. Destroy it. => For server/hosting player: proper model (hull only) => For client: Same model as normal vehicle, just with black texture.
  3. As client, drive into the destroyed vehicle with another vehicle. The proper wreck model will appear (the turret gets hidden)
