I think we should be able to see our health when we are piloting jets/helicopters. I mean, when I get in an AO, and so when I get shot, I have no idea of my health, so I get killed really quickly because I stay in the AO. We are not aware that we have been directly shot. Got my point? There's no blood, nothing.
