command "canStand" useless

Description

Since Arma 3 a unit with broken legs walk very low but always can move. (all games before the unit fall down and have to crouch)

Now it isn't possible at a simple way to ask for this state. Regardless if the units legs are damaged or not - canStand or canMove always give "true" back. Please rework the commands for Arma 3 or create a new command like "canRun".

  1. start a mission in editor
  2. execute in debug console: player setHit ["legs",1];
  3. use command canStand and/or canMove
