Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

The player loses a magazine each time they drop their weapon and then pick it up again (or swap weapons with a dead body or any weaponholder).
The magazine is not left either on the ground (or on the body), it disappears completely.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. In Editor, load repro mission: "15904_Lose_mag_drop_weapon.Stratis"
  2. Preview mission.
  3. Note spare magazine count on HUD = 3 (total magazines = 4, as one is loaded in weapon).
  4. Open inventory (press I).
  5. Again, note total magazine count = 4 (1 in weapon, 3 on uniform).
  6. Drop weapon using right mouse button. Note only weapon appears on ground, no magazine. Magazine count on uniform does not change.
  7. Pick up weapon again using right mouse button.
  8. Note magazine count on uniform drops to 2, as one is loaded into weapon.
  9. Repeat steps 6 and 7, until player has no mags left on uniform (only the one in the weapon).
  10. Drop weapon again. Note as usual, only the weapon appears on ground, and player now has no magazines at all.
  11. Pick up weapon again. Note weapon is loaded. This suggests the magazine is lost by automatically loading the weapon when picking it up, consuming a spare mag from the players inventory, even though the weapon is already loaded.
  1. (Optional) restart mission and repeat all tests, this time swapping weapons with dead body. Note identical results. Radio trigger can be used to move dead body, to check no magazines are hidden underneath.
