At the start of he campaign I can mount the helicopter no problem. When asked to mount/drive the truck by the Lieutenant at the LZ the mount/drive icon doesn't appear on any vehicle.

Steps To Reproduce
I have restarted the game and also restarted the computer and restarted the game all of which is a bit of a pain as the game will now no longer allow me to resume at the save point. It just tells me that I am unable to play or edit as I need down loadable content that is now deleted.

Closing since noone was able to repro.
Maybe you should also try flicking the mouse-wheel and check for "get in" actions, since sometimes action icons don't show up when approaching, for whatever reason.
