I just had a look and it looks static, so no, but I did notice that it should shoot off the front landing gear when fired and the gear is down.

The buzzard is a one man jet. How would you be able to aim the cannon and fly at the same time? That's why attack helicopters have a gunner. Perhaps I misunderstood your question?

Yeah, it would shoot at the landing gear if it's not raised. That's why you raise it.
