Description

M2A1 Slammer/ Merkava coaxial is wrong caliber it should be 7.62mm along with a 12.7mm second coaxial gun. The little cut out in the gun we see now is we're the 7.62mm goes and the large 12.7mm is mounted on top of the gun.

Possibly easy to change. Worth it? Idk. I`m in favor of adding the proper weapons, ATGM and Mortar.

Well, by that logic the strv 122 is not a Leopard 2. Thing is the vehicle should receive its additional weapons.

The developers have fixed things like this before. If they didn't want to than they would say so. It is the Merkava MK 4. Just look at it. Things like this are due to lack of time and resources, not because they want it like this.

Still needs to be fixed!

  1. 6.5mm seems very small for a MBT co-axial gun.
  1. It has 2,000 rounds, but that is the stats for a 7.62mm. 6.5mm caseless should have increased ammunition capacity.
  1. The 6.5mm used in the tank has increased penetration, to the level of .50 caliber bullets. So why not just add a .50 caliber coaxial instead of putting unrealistic values for 6.5mm?

And the most important thing: look on the tank, above the barrel... there is a mounting bracket for a .50 caliber MG! But it's empty! So there OBVIOUSLY should be a .50 cal mounted in there, otherwise... why is the mount there?

See these images, .50 cal above the barrel:

As well, 7.62mm on the roof!
