Description

I was just starting the campaign, and when I reached this point and Adams told me to stop the truck I did, and it was about 70 meters from the MRAP and Commander. We both got out (I was forced out) and Adams promptly stood there indefinitely. After reloading the save and getting closer (about 10m) before getting out, the game continued properly.
