Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open the editor.
  2. Set weather to 100% clouds and 100% rain.
  3. Go into the game and use the splendid camera.
  4. Fly up above the cloud and notice its dark and dreary like below the clouds even though nothing should be blocking the light above the clouds.
