I don't know what file you're talking about. Here are all of the crash dump files on my computer. I'm not tech-savvy, so some help in actually locating the desired files would be appreciated, if that's possible.

Play until you will have this crash
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name)

That was all I could find. I don't have an mdmp file, as far as I can tell.
