In the situation menu (wounded, sitrep,etc..), we need a possiblity to tell our team that the area is clear! Why?
Since A3, when there's a danger, the squad set itself in combat mode (which is very good I think). And when the situation is reestablished, you have to wait everytime until one of the member say 'area is clear' so they calm down and start to move faster...
So I think that as squad leader you have to have the possiblity to calm your team down and move faster when there's no enemy any more.
